Some of you will be aware that we have had some changes at Bridge Fibre resulting in me stepping back into the role of Managing Director.
I wanted to contact you in the light of the current COVID-19 outbreak to reassure you that Bridge Fibre remains fully operational. Although most of our staff are working from home, we maintain a full support and engineering presence. You may be aware that Internet Service Providers such as Bridge Fibre are recognised as critical services and we can undertake site visits and installations, bearing in mind the normal restrictions and guidelines imposed as part of our national focus on getting the virus under control.
As part of this focus, rest assured that we are here to help with any issues you may experience as a result of the changes in your own working practices. Please call me, the support contacts or your normal account managers if you have any queries or things that you need help with.
As part of the reorganisation we have appointed Bob Cushing as Sales and Marketing Director and he has reallocated some account management responsibilities amongst the sales team to improve alignment and our ability to support you. This comes on the back of one of the most successful years in our history where we have added nearly 25% to our park and tenant capacity. They will be in contact with you in due course.
