If we look back at all the predictions made at the end of last year it’s fair to say that no-one predicted 2020 would play out as it did. We may have ended the year with Brexit near the top of the news but who would have thought that this year would be forever associated with Covid-19?
Its been quite a year at Bridge Fibre too. Adapting to our staff working from home was one thing. Managing all our customers and their ever changing work patterns was quite another. If we’ve learnt one thing this year it’s that the Internet is no longer treated as a nice to have, it’s an imperative.
Thankfully our team have coped really well with this new paradigm. In fact, I think they’ve been amazing. We’ve had quite a few new faces join us (including me) and I hope you will agree that they have worked wonders during the past twelve months.
It hasn’t all been plain sailing and we know that we have much more to do as we strive to raise our levels of customer service even higher. We are working hard on this and I am confident that you will reap the benefits in 2021 and beyond.
In October I sent you all a Customer Satisfaction Survey and I was delighted to get a positive response from so many of you. We will be sending out the next survey in January and I would urge you to find two minutes to answer the three questions.
The results of the survey showed that, in general, you were pleased with our Customer Service but that you were unaware of some of the additional services we offer. Hopefully you will have been given more information about TeamsLink, hosting, backup and recovery since the survey?
Next year we will all be working out how our working lives will be. The “new normal” as we’re trying not to call it. Rest assured that Bridge Fibre will be doing everything it can to make this transition as painless as possible.
