Bridge Fibre is pleased to announce that the company has joined forces with Modern Networks. The investment is part of Modern Networks long term strategy to grow the business via both organic and inorganic growth following investment by Horizon Capital in April 2021.
Uniting Bridge Fibre and Modern Networks will create a stronger and more competitive company. The businesses joining forces expands Modern Networks ISP offering, adds additional regional coverage and strengthens our position in the commercial property sector.
The combined Modern Networks/Bridge Fibre business will now operate on a larger scale, serving over 2,500 ISP customers across 1,800 commercial properties and 40 multi-tenanted science and business parks throughout the UK. Our customers are supported by our growing team of 150 employees working from four sites in Hitchin, Cambridge, Manchester and Guildford. We remain committed to the provision of innovative IT, telecommunications and broadband services.
No changes for now
Initially, Bridge Fibre and Modern Networks will continue to trade under their existing brand names however overtime Bridge Fibre will be integrated into Modern Networks. Bridge Fibre customers can rest assured that the excellent services and support they enjoy today will remain unchanged and Modern Networks are equally committed to providing excellent customer service. Of course, we will be writing to each customer personally with more detailed information.
