I want to reassure all Bridge Fibre clients that it will be business as usual while we work through the latest national lockdown.

Communications networks are recognised by the Government as Critical National Infrastructure and companies such as Bridge Fibre (and the employees that support them) are recognised as Essential Workers

Our teams are now set up to work from home, the office or at a customer’s site as required. During 2020 we have developed and implemented a COVID19 secure environment for our staff. We take this very seriously and always put our staff’s welfare at the top of our list of priorities.

Our Technical Support team will be on hand from 08.30 to 18.00 to help you resolve your connectivity issues. Please do not hesitate to contact them either by email (support@bridgefibre.co.uk) or telephone (01223 755055).

If we do need to visit your site we will make sure that the visit is planned appropriately and that our engineer follows our (and your) COVID protocols.

Did you know you can now make phone calls from Microsoft Teams? If you’d like to know more, ask your account manager about our new TeamsLink product. If you already take phone services from Bridge Fibre, or are considering it, you may also be interested in our unified communications apps, which enable you to make and receive calls from your mobile or PC, as if you were using your office phone; allowing for a seamless transition to working from home collaboratively.

You might also want to think about how you store and secure your data during lockdown, especially if you are going to work from home. Bridge Fibre is able to offer cloud based hosting, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions that could reduce your reliance on physical on-site storage.

If you want to know more please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager or contact us directly (info@bridgefibre.co.uk).

This has been a year unlike any other and a reliable, robust Internet service has become more essential than ever. Bridge Fibre is committed to giving you excellent service and will continue to do this whatever the challenges.
